Privacy & Donor Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you join, donate, RSVP, or contact us, we collect what you give us: typically your name, email, and, where needed, your phone and mailing address. Payments are processed by PLATFORM W-04. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To process your membership, donation, or registration; send receipts; share news and event invitations (you can unsubscribe anytime); and meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Donor privacy

House of Pakistan does not sell, rent, or trade donor, member, or volunteer information. We don't share it with other organizations. We recognize donors publicly (for example, on a members wall or in an event program) only with their permission, and anyone can ask to give anonymously.

Website analytics

We measure how our site is used (pages visited, buttons clicked, how visitors found us, device type, and approximate city based on network location) with our own analytics. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address, doesn't track you across other websites, and never records what you type. We don't use advertising trackers. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't record analytics for your visit.

Saving your progress on forms

Some forms have two steps. When you click Continue after entering your name and email, we save them so you can finish later. If you don't finish, we may send up to two reminders. Every reminder has a link to stop them. Unfinished entries are deleted after 90 days.

Photos

We photograph our events and may share photos on our website and social media. Tell any volunteer, or email us, if you'd prefer not to be pictured, or want a photo removed. We publish photos of children only with a parent or guardian's permission.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at info@houseofpakistan.org.
